We started small with this car and it grew big. We took out the existing 2.5" pressbent system some local muffler shop did and threw it in the garbage! That system was so ugly and it restricted flows worse than a pinched straw. We cut down the retarded RSR 2 bolt 3" flange from the RSR 3" DP and tig welded on a standard 3 bolt 3" flanges. A 3" piping seals better with 3 bolts flange. From there, we went with a straight piping all the way back to the rear end. A little bit use of 3" mandrel bend piping connects the piping to the rear muffler. The rear muffler is a unique one. Its a growing trend among the local guys around here now to sport a dual tip look to get away from being associated with the ricer crowd. The muffler that we use in the system is a 3" in/ dual 2.5" out SS Magnaflow muffler. To finish it up, we took 2 3" rolled edge SS tip and tig welded the tips directly to the backwall of the muffler to give it "it comes from the factory that way" look. Everything comes together with a very clean style and now aside from providing the much needed extra exhaust flow it also enhance the overall look of the car when viewed from the rear. We even tig welded an extra O2 sensor bung onto the straight pipe so he has a place to screw in his rear O2 sensor. Nothing but good stuff. Then we installed an EVO3 Big 16G turbo to replace the tiny stock t25 turbo. Turbine and compressor housing, exhaust manifold and O2 housings are ported and ceramic coated to surpress heat from radiating towards every other parts under the hood. A new upper and lower IC pipe are fabricated along with installing the new HKS BOV SSQV on the car. Still to come are pictures of the fuel system upgrade (injector, AFPR, and SS lines with AN fittings install) and a racing battery upgrade.

The most beautiful looking 1G Talon ever! The paint, the finish, the workmanship on all the parts and installation. This car belong to a long time customers of us. We had been taking care of his car for the past 6 years. He finally traded this car in for a new 03 350Z. After a long 12 years of ownership (from brand new) he is finally ready to sit in another car.

Standard catback exhaust system job on the VR6. Took down and throw away the mid resonator, the mid suitcase like muffler and the final rear mufflers. All together we removed about 70lbs from the VR6. We still retain the cat up front but now its sporting a 2.25" diameter pipe from catback straight to the back, using mandrel bend pipe for the necesary bends and we top it all off with one of the SS Magnaflow dual oval tips straight thru muffler. The dual oval tips retain that trick "stock" look but it sure is wide open flow.

These are pictures of our working prototype of the Miata 2.25" header back exhaust system. Specially fabricated and designed to give extra EXTRA clearance for installing a high clearance subframe bracing underneath the car. Some of the pictures taken from the side of the car shows that none of the exhaust pipings are even visible from the side of the car, gaining significant clearance needed to mount a high clearance subframe brace. The system utilizes 3 components on it. First is an adapter piece to move the low hanging stock cat up and out of the way and the second and third final piece made up a shorter catback. The catback itself has a 4" round muffler in the midpipe and 6" round muffler in the back to surpress noise. The noise level is very respectable. It emits a nice subdued growl without any of the unncessary loudness that a high revving inline 4 seems to generate. The final production piece will have 1/2" thick SS flanges for a forever warp free seal, SS pipings, bends and SS mufflers and a single 3" SS tip as pictured. It will also come with high quality exhaust gaskets and quality nuts, bolts and washers kit to put the bolt on system together.

EDIT: New pictures of its naked white body after just being picked up from the paint shop!! This GVR4 has been to hell and back. Literally. It was hit by a big green Ford van. Pictures of the accident on Gallery 2. http://www.pbase.com/grocery_getter/gvr4_accident It was resurected and brought back to life. It was down for almost 2 years before it finally rolls again on the street under its own power. We are putting a new glass on it and also installing a few other extrior mods and then its off to the paint shop.

Brand new at only 1200 miles. We are putting a custom 3" catback on the EVO. The system will feature a 4" round body resonator and a 3" straight thru muffler with a 4" tip to resemble the stock look of the factory EVO exhaust tip. We'll also weld up a test pipe for the EVO to increase the "off the road" fun factor.

This is the newly available Mitsu Lancer EVO3 big16G turbo. Flow better than the regular big16G, lighter than the regular big16G by about 3lbs and look at that turbine housing. It just looks good. That turbine housing alone is worth buying this model instead of the older regular small/big16G turbo. This turbo is going on a customer car with full custom upper and lower IC pipes and also a complete fuel system upgrade (big pump, injectors, and adjustable FPR).

A selection of samples of the products that we offer in cermachrome ceramic coating finishes. The part is first bead and walnut shell blasted to remove any surface impurities. It is then sprayed with ceramic coating and baked to cure. After it is cured, the part is put thru hours of vibrational polishing process. The end result is a very shiny part that offer a very good heat insulation properties, is completely resistant to most automotive fluids/chemicals, looks great and easy to maintain.
